Thanks for stopping by my web home. I live with my wife Diane and our two boys, Garrett and Andres in Dubuque, Iowa, where I serve as Professor of Pastoral Theology at Wartburg Theological Seminary. I drive a Jeep, paddle a Bell, work on a Mac, root for the Cardinals (as in the St. Louis baseball club), and love reading the prose of Wendell Berry and the poetry of Mary Oliver. Although I love watching, coaching and playing basketball, I'm always waiting for baseball season. And as of today, pitchers and catchers report in what, 2 days, 11 hours, and 28 minutes, more or less? But who's counting...
